Cheese Garlic bread

This is an easy to make breakfast gluten free recipe. You can cook it on Tawa or fry-pan without microwave.


2 tablespoon butter (Amul)

Mozzarella Cheese

Chopped Coriander leaves

2 Piece gluten free breads

4 cloves garlic


Chilli Flakes.

Steps to prepare :-

  1. Take two tablespoon of butter in a bowl.I am using Amul butter here, so i am not adding salt. If you have unsalted butter,so you can add salt as per your taste.

  2. Peal 4 garlic cloves and grate it with the help of grater.

  3. Take some chopper coriander leaves.

  4. Mix above ingredients well in a bowl and make a smooth paste.

  5. Now take one bread and apply the butter paste on one side of bread and do the same on other bread.

  6. Now heat the Tawa and place one bread on tawa from the side where butter has applied.

  7. Now put the Mozzarella cheese over the bread and cover it with other bread.

  8. Sprinkle some oregano seasoning and chilli flakes on both sides and let it shallow fry.

  9. Take out the garlic bread in a serving plate and cut it in half.

  10. Your cheese garlic bread is ready to serve with chutney or ketchup.
